Ten Day Demand

Ten Day Demand is designed for accounts for which you are expecting, but have not received payment. Cosmopolitan Service Corporation will contact your delinquent customer, and any money received within ten days of the date of our demand incurs no collection fee.

Immediate Collection

Our collection efforts focus on immediate and successful results. Upon receipt of your claim(s), recovery efforts commence, including prompt reporting on each claim.

Forwarding Service

When deemed necessary, accounts may be forwarded to attorneys for collection or suit. No legal action will be filed by the attorney without authorization. Licensed and bonded, creditors rights attorneys are hand selected in your customer’s immediate area for best results.
